Best sub $100 headphones?
i am looking for the best that i can buy for under $100. they need to be sound tight(not every1 around me can hear what im listening to). they also need to be over ear(no earbuds). obviously, i want the best sound quality possible. this is my main source for listening to music.
i had sennheiser HD280's(roughly $80) and I may buy them again but the ones i got had to be sent back. any help is much appreciated. |
Stick with Sennheisers, although some people dislike the warm bass that most of their models have. I <3 their sound and build and I have been using them for years.

I agree stick with Sennheisers if you want closed headphones. They have great SQ and build. I haven't heard any closed headphone that beats Sennheisers at any price range.

yea i did a lot of research before i got them and i was happy with them. just wondering if i didnt catch something.

I'm pretty happy with my Sennheiser HD 212Pro... although sometimes they crack at high volume...

Headphones - Audiophile's Imput
For a long time i've been using a cheap pair of headphones (Sony MDR V150) and after using my friend's pair of bose I want to upgrade to a better pair. The bose are extremely cheaply made and for the most part werent comfortable. So looking elsewhere to find a better pair
Not sure the money amount, upwards of maybe $200 if the headphones are exactly what I want. I mostly listen to dubstep, hardstyle and trance. Below is what I'm trying to find: - Non-coil cord - 10-15 foot cord - 3.5mm stock plug in, Do NOT want 6.3 - Durable ( Seen alot of reviews of cheaply made heapdhones ) - Do not really care for noise cancelling headphones The part I'm not sure about is what the actural specs mean. That is where I'm looking for an audiophile to help me out. I've been told sennheiser makes some of the best equipment but I have yet to try out any of it. |
Not the best thread but the merge will yield better replys.

I have the $80 pair of the senheisers and the uber pro bose ones (both in-ear style) and the senheisers are infinitely better.
