I have a friend who has them and she says they are awesome. Noise cancelling is superb. Have you tried here:

Richer Sounds Headphones/Microphones Products

The PX200 are as good and half the price.

2 year warranty and the money goes to a children's cancer charity, seems too good to be true!

Just curious is 80 pounds alot in UK. Looking @ those headphones for 80 pounds it doesnt look like you're getting alot.

Yeah you guys might be better off ordering from america with the exchange rate. I look @ sennheiser 280's on that site and it says 99 pounds, in america they are 99 dollars. The exchange rate right now is 1 - .6 so the 99 dollar headphones in america only cost 66 pounds if you use the exchange rate. Not sure how much shipping and/or export taxes cost. It would def be something i'd consider

Anything over $18 is subject to import tax. Just another excuse for our government to screw us over.

How much though? If under 30% I'd consider buying stuff from america. For a while America did this with canada because stuff in canada was always 30-40% cheaper. But with recent events they are about equal.

Also if you order from a company in america do you have to pay the import tax ?

After a week of using the sennheiser 280 it blows my mind how anyone can use them. I just put on my sony v150's and It feels like night and day. The 280's are 1lbs which I didn't realize but after 4-5 hours of listening/creating music really wears you down. I love the sennheiser sound and their quality but was unaware how much the weight of the headphone effects you. Does anyone have any other sennheisers that arent as heavy ? Someone mentioned the 212's
