New Amp.... I Have No Clue What I Need, Only What I want (bass, amp)

I play guitar and bass. I'm going to side track a bit, but it's necessary to understand my need. I have a Behringer Ultrabass Bx300 for my bass amp. My guitar amp is a crappy fender amp that is all volume, no power, no clean channel. I got it with my old squier, but I have since updated to a Ephiphone Les Paul. I have a Boss ME50 FX pedal that I borrow from my friend and a Digitech Rp200 FX pedal.

I use to run those through the old fender amp, but I decided to try running it through my bass amp so I could get a good tone thats warm and powerful. However, since I still play bass consistently, I need a new amp that has 1. A clean and distortion channel. 2. Tons of raw power 3. Sounds good when ran with FX pedals.

Any recommendations?
