The Preserve Championship was lit this past weekend. I had it on in the BG and had to stop what I was doing quite a few times to check out the replays.

So earlier today I finished up the logo for the new Jackson Park Disc Golf Course in Chicago and then sent it along to my guy in charge, when a few minutes later he sends me back a picture of him and the Chicago Park District CEO holding discs with my other logo for Hyde Park on them saying they love the new Jackson Park design. They're both at a Golf Tournament today and the timing couldn't have been more perfect.

The European Open is underway and Kat Mertsch is sitting at the top of the FPO leaderboard after the first round. Paul McBeth is on a tear right now too and closing in on World Champ James Conrad. Some outstanding golf going on out there.

So much Disc Golf going on this weekend. The European Open is still in full swing, I have Friday leagues tonight, and today is the first day of the Clash at the Canyons VI. I've been a competitor as well as a spotter/score keeper for this event in past years, but this year I had to step back on things because of the new home. It's right down the road from me, so I'll probably get out there Sunday for the final round.

Final round of the EO today is a good one. Chandler Kramer (US) is on the lead card after playing the sport for only 2 years. Thats absolutely amazing. He's sitting in 4th right now and he's defintely going to cash. Here's the payouts:

Every year gets better and better. Last year was "The Holy Shot" by Conrad, and this year it's record breaking stats and scores by these two. What a tournament. I was up and waiting every morning for this to broadcast and I'm so glad I watched it all live.
