How would you even get your disc back? Marines aren't the sharpest crayons in the box.

It's a 15' sleeve.

Hard Plastic: A Movie With Disc Golf At Its Heart

Really? Andy Dick? I'll withhold judgement for now.

Quote:
UDisc: And what was it like filming so that your sister who isn't a professional disc golfer looked genuinely good at disc golf?

Astrom: She’s actually really talented for not having played much. People aren’t ever going to believe this, but the first shot in the movie is her hitting a 50-foot downhill putt at a 40% incline or something. But she hit that putt on the first try! I was shocked. That even happened another time, too, when I lined her up for a huge putt. But a lot if was strategic camera work and editing.

I've been modeling up a local course in 3D for a VR world. It's been controlling me and my time until I get it done, but once it's finished it'll be one really ****ing elaborate video game that you can't really do anything in but walk/fly around. Here's some images from the progress:

I'm back on this project and trying to get it finished and all polished up for a summer release. This thing is a behemoth and jumping back into it after being off of it since last year was a bit of a brain jolt. It's slated to be a virtual geocache environment with prizes for finding stuff, and it'll also be a way for people to see the course virtually before they come out to play it. Here's a quick run through of some of the progress:

I still have holes 4-12 and 19-27 out of a total of 27 to go.

I grabbed a new laptop to work on this from anywhere. It's been annoying having to wait until I get to my 16 core PC with a 2080ti, so I grabbed a Dell G3 with 1660ti and it smokes. Not the same real estate screen-wise, but it handles 3DS Max, AutoCad, and Twinmotion really well.

Here, have another screen shot. This ones the asphalt I laid yesterday:

You should put Slenderman in there.

I'll be randomly placing someone who plays there twice a day every day. It's a 2D png file with a transparent bg so he only appears at certain angles. Scary stuff.
