I'm down for mini-games. Not sure that I'll participate personally until I hear what it is though.

I follow as many promotions as I can. If I'm not familiar with fighters, I research them [record, style, recent performances, etc.]. I usually make it a rule to not make picks for fights that involve debuting opponents, but I made an exception for the Kron Gracie fight.

Never saw "Chuck."

Vladimir Klitschko is definitely top-10 as far as current heavyweight boxers go. I'd have to think on it, but tentatively, I would say yes.

I was thinking a confidence game

One person picks 5 NBA games and you pick the winners with increasing “confidence” so the game you assign the most confidence is worth 5 pts and the least 1 point

It has to be the same five games for everyone

This doesn't really play into the "1 point per pick" theme of the thread. Trying to keep things as simple as possible.

That being said, I'd be more than happy to create a section in the main post and title it something like "OccultHawk's Corner" or "The OccultHawk Challenge" and have those picks and points be separate from the main part. Whatcha think?

Let’s just play one on one. Is it bothersome to make picks for this game that don’t count toward your score counter? It is, isn’t it? Sigh. I get it though. It’s sort of disruptive but it’s just a mini game. I mean if I start making NBA picks it’s like to easy to just cherry pick games. Not that... oh well ///tears
