For the sake of the several fans and attendees that flew in from all parts of the world to attend this past press conference, I was hesitant to create a huge disturbance by combating what was being said and for that I am truly sorry. I am a retired boxer that earns an unprecedented amount of money, globally, for appearances, speaking engagements and occasional small exhibitions.

Flyweights never sold, but they put on some good fights. Dana White was calling Demetrius Johnson the GOAT, then he loses 1 fight and White trades him for a fighter that he hates [Ben Askren]. The UFC doesn't invest sh*t in their fighters, except for McGregor.

Also, it looks like Brock Lesnar's WWE contract won't allow for a UFC fight any time soon, which will derail DC's plans to fight him and retire early next year. Bones wants a shot at Brock too. With Brock out of the picture [for now], we may get to see Bones vs. DC at Heavyweight.

Askren will be making his UFC debut against Robbie Lawler.
