I could give you a boring history lesson on this but, suffice to say, it's the flag they've been showing at the World Cup.

Don't care about the history lesson. It's not the Croatian flag.

England fans carry the Union Jack yet the Union Jack is not the flag of England.

See, it proves you learn something new every day. I had always assumed the Union Jack was the official Flag of England. Indeed it is not.

As for the Croatian Flag...

The flag is a red, white and blue tri colour. Same one the team has came out to.

So you know a person's age by what TV shows they reference despite the little known fact that those shows can also be seen as "reruns?" "Makes perfect scents." I got that from Gracie Allen. I like watching The George Burns and Gracie Allen Show (1958) cause of Gracie Allen, she my favorite. I guesses that makes me 122 years old.

I saw Get Smart in reruns mostly too, but i do remember some of the later shows in its first run. I first saw Burns and Allen when it was on Cable in the Eighties. It was okay, but I like sixties shows better.

Gracie Allen was a comic genius. She was a real trailblazer for clueless people. I'm tempted to think the characters of Maxwell Smart and to some extent Agent 99 are somewhat based on Gracie Allen.

Every corporation has a jingle or slogan like e.g. McDonald's "ba da duh da da ... I'm loving it."
Soccer's should be "Soccer: Missed it by that much!"
