Who will be the surprise team (defined as a team who punches well above their weight and exceeds expectations ala Costa Rica 2014, Turkey 2002)?

don't see there being a clear one this year... hopefully Egypt on the shoulders of the prophet mohammed.

Predict England's performance.

ditto Goof's, but i think they will get absolutely smashed in the quarters and we will all be very sad.
