I guess that was a predictable day. The big hitters win with their big hitting strikers getting the goals.
Tomorrow's games: Denmark vs Australia France vs Peru Argentina vs Croatia Denmark/Australia draw. Went for Argentina to win but that could be a tight game. If Messi plays well then they win the game, for me. |

Could happen. Not saying it won't, just think Australia really need to go for it. I can't see Peru getting anything and Denmark will be happy with a draw I reckon.
What do you think about Messi? Guys are really doubting him. I would love it ala Kevin Keegan if he bags a hat trick tomorrow. I can't believe the criticism he gets. Come on Leo |

I thought Iran played well really. Was gutted they didn't get their goal. Deserved it. Though I'm backing Spain. Quote:

It was predictable in the sense that the results weren't in doubt. Spain were in total control apart from one moment at the end. Knew Portugal/Uruguay would have enough.
No it's not a trouncing but it's still early in the competition. Germany weren't great at the start of the last World Cup and look what happened. |
