I had a lot of fun during the World Cup and I'd just like to say that I hope to be a malignant presence on the World Cup 2022 Thread. If it can also end in accusations of Nazism then soccer might just be worthwhile after all.

I am half joking but they changed it from summer to winter because they realised after awarding it to Qatar that you can't actually play football in the desert in summer so the bid should be void, it's going to disrupt about three seasons of football. I don't think anyone other than Qataris, FIFA and Neymar thinks it should go ahead.
