France, Brazil, Argentina.

It will be one of these.

Don't ask me why but I don't think Germany will win it again. The squad is good enough but I can't see it. I feel there are three teams with more to prove, which could really drive them on. Difficult to explain but I know what I mean.

France have an unbelievable squad all round.

Brazil have the flair and look strong in attack again. They're looking like a Brazil side should look.

Argentina are a solid unit with the world's best player. But probably the least likely of these three to go and win it. I think their chance was 2014. I hope they can do it this time. Messi, Dybala, Higuain, Aguero, Icardi is the best attack in the tournament. Firepower on firepower on firepower. If the non Messi guys actually pull their weight this time then they could just go to out score teams.

I expect Brazil to bounce back. It will be Brazil lifting #6 in Russia.

https://www.oddschecker.com/football/world-cup/winner

Just had a look on Oddschecker. Brazil and Germany joint favourites @ 5/1. France just outside at 6s and Argentina in at 9/1. Spain at 8/1? Can't see it myself.

England are 17/1. In reality it's more unlikely than this. English guys betting = shorter market. So basically no chance, probably more like 30/1.

Harry Kane: Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino confident striker will return this season - BBC Sport

Quote:
Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino says he is confident Harry Kane will play again before the end of the Premier League season.

England striker Kane damaged ankle ligaments in Sunday's league win over Bournemouth.

Pochettino has refused to put a timescale on the 24-year-old's return, although he is expected to be out until next month.
England breathes a sigh of relief.

The world's best number 9 will return and lead England to glory in the summer.

I can't wait.
