I have to admit France was the best team in this cup. Croatia was a gutty club that never gave up, but today, France was too much for them. Hey, at least it wasn't 7-1 like Germany-Brazil four years ago.

3rd place is a very strong finish from a team that has an incredibly strong and young core
Crotia’s top players and the only reason they did so well won’t see another world cup, enjoy it while they can in all seriousness congrats to Croatia, a very impressive run and they deserved to make it that far. Modric is undoubtly the best midfielder in the world as far as I’m concerned.

Yeah, I'm going to have to try and catch Real Madrid when they're on TV in the States. This probably was Croatia's best shot. There were some really good teams this year. And Belgium did knock Brazil out. And congrats on the Hawk award. I wasn't looking forward to his tiebreaker anyway |

Harry Kane Golden Boot
Podium finish Two knockout wins in a row Penalty curse broken Record win in a World Cup The rise of our young defenders So much to be positive about. Best moment for me was Dier's penalty actually had a tear in my eye Football Wiith England hosting in the next Euros, we should be looking to do well there. Great tournament lots of great games and goals. Hope you all enjoyed it lads. |
