Pretty much. But they're not producing many top players which is unusual for them, they've always had a few. Robben, Sneijder, van Persie, Huntelaar are all well into their 30s. They aren't producing players of that quality to replace them. It's just one of those things. They'll be back eventually.
Justin Kluivert (Patrick's son) is probably one to keep an eye on as well as Fosu-Mensah. Memphis Depay seemed like he could be their new star but he's back in the Netherlands now.

memphis had a great season, i heard there are a lot of big clubs interested in him once again. i think the Netherlands are a little lighter on talent than usual but they still have no excuse to not be a top tier nation.
