Absolutely! I find it to be one of the best ways to lose weight. When I discovered that I had weight-related health issues, I needed to work on my weight asap. After talking to a doctor, I decided to buy wegovy online and give it a try. Though it turned out to be helpful, it was only an additional way. I should say, that running has helped me lose the first extra lbs pretty fast.
