I managed to run through the winter last year, and I really think it had a huge positive impact on my mental health. Usually the winter months were completely stagnant for me in terms of being active.

havent kept up the daily run, have been doing some push ups though, 78 days in a row for that.

my goal is to finally get started into a habit of running just a mile a day at first. and then go on to 2 miles or 3.

I've probably done 3-4 runs a week on average for the year and few months that I have done it.

I think I want to start run streaking too.

Lately I have a habit of running too fast for too long and I'm sore for days. I think I'm done with that noise.

Currently, I'm sick, it's raining and 43F here though. ;(

I don't think that's legal.

I'm a keen runner but I haven't been on any serious/dedicated runs in about probably many months now, however, I do run, just to the bus stop, a friend's house or around the corner to get a train - especially if I'm late, I won't hesitate to run. - That's been my running, lately.

I have a block, Greek St, turn right on to Old Compton St, turn right on to Frith St, turn right on to Bateman St then back on to Greek St and repeat; where 4 laps = 1 mile.
I've done this for fun and found that out on RunKeeper/running app I have on my phone.

I wonder what'll happen if I ever ran it counter clockwise/turning left?

Maybe the universe'd explode or I'll go back in time..

Idk

J/k
