Doing a 56 mile 5 man trail relay on May 13th.

Training run today. My calf has been sore since last week but running on it isn't aggravating it so yea.

Kipchoge is the only runner left that's attempting to break the 2 hour marathon today.

About 1:10 in so far...can he hold on to the pace for 50m?

EDIT: 2:00:23

Damn that was close.

So I heard the local marathon / half finishers get put in a drawing for a 60K truck...usually 2-3k do that.

So I guess I'm gonna attempt my first marathon in 47 days.

I've been running throughout the year but my mileage hasn't been very good lately.

I'm going to hopefully build up to 40+ miles a week before I taper. I've been doing at least 20 / week for about a month now.

30-35 minutes plus a shower. It's all about priorities.

i started running recently, i plan to run more in the winter since shooting hoops outside leads to sweating a lot outside in the cold. thought my knee would hurt but it didnt ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ might be all the fish oil pills i been taking for a while now.

it kind of ties into being mindful too, being in control of the breath while running and being in the moment.

Running is a very meditative activity for me.

It empties your mind and forces you into the present.
