Kipchoge is the only runner left that's attempting to break the 2 hour marathon today.

So I heard the local marathon / half finishers get put in a drawing for a 60K truck...usually 2-3k do that.
So I guess I'm gonna attempt my first marathon in 47 days. I've been running throughout the year but my mileage hasn't been very good lately. I'm going to hopefully build up to 40+ miles a week before I taper. I've been doing at least 20 / week for about a month now. |
30 miles a week OMG that seems like a lot that like 4 miles per day everyday !!! I wish I had that time just 2 do that but I work like 95 hours a week

I've probably done 3-4 runs a week on average for the year and few months that I have done it.
I think I want to start run streaking too. Lately I have a habit of running too fast for too long and I'm sore for days. I think I'm done with that noise. Currently, I'm sick, it's raining and 43F here though. ;( |
