10 minutes? God forbid you learn something that isn't about metal or comics. Loser.

The Batlord 02-24-2017 07:28 PM

Why would I want to spend ten minutes learning about something I already hate?

Chiomara 02-24-2017 08:00 PM

Batlord, you should try rollerblading instead. Rollerblading is way cooler than running.

The Batlord 02-24-2017 08:07 PM

What is this, 1993?

Chiomara 02-24-2017 08:11 PM

Um, yeah, duh!

The Batlord 02-24-2017 08:17 PM

Seriously, do people still rollerblade? I thought that was the edgy, Xtreme, 90s alternative to roller skating.

Could be

a. Doing too many miles

b. Doing them too fast

c. Not giving body enough rest time

Batlord--Not that I'm aware of, but I did before I gave my rollerblades away! To me it's far easier than roller skating. Skates are far too unwieldy. The only issue, for me is stopping without hurting myself (rollerblades have brakes obviously but I'm terrible at them, which means I have to stop by attempting to nonchalantly roll into the grass while grabbing on to something.) Also, one has not experienced true joy until they've been pulled by two happy galloping dogs while rollerblading around a lake.

Oh, by the way, has there been a workout music recommendation thread yet? I assume there has.

The Batlord 02-24-2017 08:28 PM

Don't you just turn sideways like if you're trying to stop on skis?
