Yeah and exercising and reading pseudo-science do not count as getting out of your comfort zone in your case.

I tried jogging with my 19 year old brother 2 weeks ago. It was brutal. Then I drank some Gatorade and smoked a cig and was back in my comfort zone.
I dunno why everything I like doing has to be deadly.

Seems pretty in your comfort zone. I think Batman is saying that trying new things like Cryptopsy is getting further out of your comfort zone than a workout that you're familiar with but don't do often.

give me some examples of what you think i should do then. i havent actually gone to a real gym, and used all the nice stuff they have there. that would be extremely out of my zone. i thought about hiking with stuff in a bag but they have bobcats and mountains lions all in the woods here and have warned hikers. so its either hiking on the alert with a weapon which would be very bad for me and not fun. so hiking is a no no

running is out of my comfort zone also

the more i do it the more it gets normal but idk what else to do then fam. running gets results and i do that now often since the weather is nice in the summer.
