i gotta start running at the school track as much as i can because once the school starts again in august, they close it off to the public and i live in a town with only two small parks. town has 4000 people in it. thats crazy to think because it seems smaller.

i have to use my old phone to listen to music since my operating phone is a pixel and you can only use their headphones, well guess what, they broke :/ so i can even use it for music anymore :o:

that feeling when.... you finish running for about 20 mins... https://boxden.com/smilies/iafFDIx.png

i went running yesterday, hooping is fun and all but the real cardio is running. ran around the big soccer field and then called it a day. i sweat about the same amount but more cardio with just running non stop. with hooping i can just simply walk to the ball, rather then run. David Goggins, a author thats also a navy seal said its all about getting out of your comfort zone. ive tried explaining that to family but they dont listen :o:

so im going to run as much on the local school running track until their school starts, i can hoop in the fall still if i want. hooping just clears the mind, and walking helps me with my cortisol levels. one day ill be smart enough to take the time to just do all fcking three lol. hoop for a warm up, then run like 2-3 miles, walk then for lower cortisol levels after ..... https://boxden.com/images/icons/5fg96a-compressor.png
