Gerrard and Cole for me.
Maybe Lampard to be in the squad, but to not play in the starting 11.
It's time to rebuild and playing a 33 year old Kevin Davies isn't contributing towards that.
I would've thought he'd have called up Andy Carroll or something.
I don't think anyone has much faith in Capello after the World Cup.
