pfft. You live in Manchester so it's excusable but don't things get really, really boring supporting Man U? They are the antithesis of homegrown football, their merchandise the soulless Cola-brand of the game recognised by all... it's depressing. How are Stoke doing these days?

Stoke are doing surprisingly well. Of all the teams I would've bet on going down when the season started, they were one of them. Now we've got a scenario where Newcastle and Middlesborough could very easily go down themselves. It's really not been a good year for Tyne-Tees football.

On the contrary, there's seldom a dull moment. It's the last thing supporting United is. You only have to look at the agony they put their fans through over the years to realise that. Now I know you're joking! Ryan Giggs, Wes Brown, John O'shea, Gary Neville, Paul Scholes, Danny Welbeck, Darren Fletcher, Darren Gibson, Richard Eckersley, Jonny Evans etc etc. |
