Posting these in here as it'd be pointless in the funny picture thread, nobody would get it.

10 home league defeats for the first time in our 140 year history. A dark day when twats like Fulham are taking the piss at Villa Park. I absolutely detest it when we lose at home and you can see the visiting fans taking the piss. Fulham ffs, Fulham, of Michael Jackson fame

![]() **** luck with Rodriguez: hope he won't be out of Hodgson's plans now, but it's close isn't it? Villa were not great yesterday: I mean, Fulham, ffs! We just love dicing with danger, don't we? Man City were majestic, but I'm hoping Liverpool annihilate Sam's boys today. What a title race! And Chelsea are in it too: fair play to Lampard with his 250th goal. What a guy.

Margaret Aspinall lost her son at Hillsborough and is now a Hillsborough campaigner, probably most known for being the most vocal critic of safe standing.
Those pictures are taking the piss out of the grieving that starts during the first weekend of April every year. Yes the Hillsborough references are tight but it's funny too. This year for Hillsborough, all kick offs are being postponed by 6 minutes as it was 3:06pm when the match stopped. Man. United are playing their 2nd leg vs Bayern Munich in 2019 (in five years) as a mark of respect to the Heysel victims. |

It's time for Wenger to go tbh. You wanted a marquee signing/big money to be spent, you got that, but it's the same old story.
Wenger is a legend but he did all he could do for Arsenal about five years ago. Everyone and their nan knows Arsenal can't hack it against teams who like a battle. Wenger plodding along doing the same shit. If any club needs a new manager, it's Arsenal. Get Klopp in and give him a nice war chest. |

It's hard for me to blame Wenger because we are literally playing without our four most important and arguably our four best players. No team could do much better than what we are if that happened to them.

Consistent hammerings away from home against clubs competing for the same spots though. You are going to get injuries in a season, we have Benteke, Delph, Gabby, Kozak and Okore all out now, no excuse for yesterday though (I want Lambert gone btw)
Wenger had his chance to buy again in January I swear Arsenal fans were screaming for another striker and he didn't buy one. I think he's taken Arsenal as far as they can go. Spent £42m on a position that didn't need strengthening, it looked like it could have been Arsenal's Cantona moment but no. It's just bizarre tbh he is closing in on a decade with no trophies, people blinded by his contributions in the 90's & early 00's. Modern day Wenger isn't a patch on the Wenger of the past. We absolutely did need to sign Ozil. Look how poor we are without him. We needed a striker more, but we still needed that creative midfield player.
And even if we did sign a striker in January (and there's absolutely no way we would be able to bring in a Costa/Balotelli in January, so it would have been a Klose/Ba) then we would still be without Ozil, Ramsey, Walcott and Koscielny. Hard to deal with that.
