Only now he's gone do you understand how difficult it is to sustain success at one club.

His ability to adapt was his biggest strength I think.

I don't actually think we'll go up tbh. For a while I've had terrible images in my head of us losing in the final. That would be so much worse than last season, likely disastrous as we would have to sell Kodjia, Jack, Adomah and whoever else will bring in some money. We will lose most of our loan players (about half the first team) so will need to replace them while keeping within FFP rules. In other words we will be in this league for a long time.

Please everybody pray for Villa. It is really 'make or break' for us now.

promoted + a couple nice loan signings imo

probably lower mid table finish in the prem (15th to be exact) with a fairly early knockout in the FA cup but a decent run in the league cup that keeps having it’s name changed to something stupid.
