Rangers have to win one at some point, get the gap down a few points and make it interesting. Probably be 3-0 Celtic though tbh. |

Sorry to see him stretchered off, but really, Mourinho is just a big complainer isn't he? Moan-rinho more like! The ref didn't give us this, didn't give us that, the weather wasn't with us, the shirts were the wrong colour, they scored in our net - **** sake: he's getting worse than Ferguson was! Your team weren't up to it mate, against ****ing SOUTHAMPTON! Deal with it; don't be spouting excuses and looking for anyone to blame but yourself. Jesus!

yeah he isn’t a good fit here, if we’re going to lose 4 in a row to teams like this then we might as well do so with a manager who isn’t so detrimental to the club and the squad.

The fans were booing him (not the team, but him) off at full time. At Old Trafford. That's not a good sign. Watch for planes in the sky soon...

So it looks like Coutinho will be leaving Liverpool this week. Nike just made an error on their website and confirmed the signing. It makes sense with the money Liverpool are spending now.
So that's £120m according the the Internet. The game has moved faster than anyone could have thought in terms of transfer fees. I remember the Shearer signing for £15m being a world record. When Zidane moved to Real Madrid for a world record £47m in 2001 (?) that seemed a gigantic fee at the time. It seems silly to say now but before 2009 I almost felt it wouldn't be broken because it took eight years, then they signed Kaka for £56m and then Ronaldo in the same window for £80m. That Ronaldo fee was mad when it was a lump sum as well and I thought it might have been a one off. Then when Bale went for £86m I knew it had gone crazy. Just over three years on and Van Dijk is now almost worth that much. Pogba £90m new world record then that record is broken by more than double that fee just one year later when PSG signed Neymar for ****ing £200m. Ousmane Dembele barely started his career £100m, John Stones £50m, Kyle Walker £50m. MU and MC have spent in one window what it cost to build the Emirates Stadium. None of us could have seen this happening so quickly, the figures are mind blowing. Kylian Mbappe a teenager will cost £150m or so when he moves next year. It's unbelievable. |

He's alright. Probably be better at Barca than he was at Liverpool.
Liverpool will have needed to find a way to get him in the team with Mane, Salah and Firminho up front, and I just think that kind of forward line can't handle having a player like Coutinho in midfield. Keita and a top class holding midfielder will make them a much better team.
