Martial was brilliant today, played far better than Lukaku did. ofc Rashford is going to get more credit because he happened to score the game winning goal, but if it wasn't for Kasper in between the sticks Martial would at the very least have a goal and an assist for his performance.

What the **** happened at the City game? Fergie time indeed! Five minutes extra time becomes seven, during which the winning goal is scored?

i'm surprised with how unimpressive City have been so far this year. even with an unlimited budget, a great manager, and some great signings they still aren't the team they should be. i'll hold off my judgement a little bit until they play another potential top 3 team but i'm starting to wonder.
aguero and kompany's fitness will probably the biggest factor in where they end up too.

Not as big a fan of Dier as I used to be though.

it's almost getting hard to watch Wenger pretend to know what he's doing

Spurs need to sort their home form out. It might take a while before these Wembley fixtures feel like home games and it could see them drop out of the CL just as they move into their new stadium. Would be a disaster.
Good to see Sturridge scored today really hope he can stay fit now but let's be real he is ****ed isn't he? |

definitely. i think Liverpool have made it clear that Firmino is the guy as well, he's proving to be a phenomenal striker and is much more consistent than Sturridge has ever really been. it's unfortunate too because Sturridge does have the complete package for a striker. amazing left foot, pacy, strong, good in the air.
