Since when were Man City claret and blue? I'm talking about their scarves by the way and also they seem to have adopted claret as their second colour.

S****horpe as well, Crystal Palace kinda. There'd be more red or blue though.

Villa were the first to use claret and blue btw, and cos they were the biggest club at the time lots of clubs copied it. Even Trabzonspor in Turkey.

i moreso meant the most popular combination 'cos obviously there's a ton of white kits for example. i like the colors but i think having so many teams using it at once ruins it a bit. i remember back in 13 or 14 when Villa had those bright green kits. really liked them personally.

That was an eye catcher. That was the kit we pissed over Liverpool in, Benteke was ****ing unreal that day.

Barcelona have loads of luminous kits, probably some psychology goes into them as well.

I wonder how many people think Villa copied West Ham's colours.

benteke always goes in versus Liverpool, even now at Palace.

i think the Hammers position over the last few years vs Villa's has probably made them more relevant to new fans but anyone who knows the history of English football will presumably associate Villa with the most historic clubs.

I remember seeing on Twitter some Chelsea fan was in some bants with a Villa fan and posted a tweet of JT lifting the European Cup and said 'come back when Villa have won one of these'

Rooney retires from international football.

Congrats on one World Cup tap in goal.

So hilarious that this was redacted ( I know that's not the word. Brian isn't working today; can't think of it but you know what I mean)
