I am a really big fan of Danny Welbeck. He is a big game player and I think he will be decent at Arsenal. No idea why he's some sort of scapegoat, he is a bit gangly but he's a tremendous player.
What about Delph though? I went on Twitter before the Swiss match and the hate for Delphy was strong. Just shows how many people don't watch players before making opinions. I thought Delph did good but only good. He was a bit too hyped in the first ten minutes but it's a double edged sword, if he doesn't make an impression he risks not being picked again, but he really improved after that. His attempted assist in the second half was poor but he should have won a penalty. He isn't losing his place on the left side of the midfield anyway. Delighted for him. Oh and Gareth Bale is . |

Your thoughts on our match tomorrow Goof? As long as we don't get embarrassed and I'm sure we won't, I'll be content. I'll take a draw.
I'll enjoy the match whatever happens. Still waiting for us to unleash Grealish. BTW if Trollheart sees this are you aware of Jack Grealish? 19 year old lad from Birmingham but represents Ireland through parentage. He's still open to representing the English full team. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FQORCo0Mpdo |

If we go back to playing a proper formation we should win. Our players are still good, but our tactics have been horrendous.
Really losing faith in Wenger since the summer.

Welbeck has been up to his usual tricks in his last two matches but I'm disappointed to see people laying into him. Destroyed us at VP last season. Poacher's goals. |

Despite me liking Welbeck a lot, he's not close to the level of Aguero, Costa, Falcao, RVP, Rooney etc. And we needed somebody in that class.
We also needed another center back, a holding midfielder and - unless Ospina is top class - a real goalkeeper. Also, Debuchy is complete bobbins, and is now out for a few months. So replacing Sagna with that waster was a mistake. Then we go into the season playing 433/4141 and we have been utterly terrible in every game. But he doesn't look to be changing anything.
