I'm still gutted about Okore tbh. I know it's pessimistic but we keep getting torn apart from set pieces, we looked much more composed with him there. It's a big loss.
Hull away next, it's a game we can and should really win. Lambert said Tekkers may feature in it. Best moment of today was Weimann changing his run once he knew it was going in and running to the Holte before the ball had crossed the line ![]() And lol at his Brummie accent in his MOTD interview. |

I am loving this season so far. Very unpredictable and about time too. I really do hope that Man u fans hold their patience as it is a massive change there.... but as a non supporter rofl loving it! No one has the divine right to win the PL and it is now being proved.
I am actually disliking Liverpool more than than Man U as Suarez should not be playing here anymore. Imagine doing what he did at your workplace? Terrible example for kids.

Also I'd take a City/United title win over a London win. Of the teams that actually have a chance to win it, I want Liverpool or City to. Quote:

Akpom is good. Not sure how far he can go but yeah, good prospect.
I don't like Walcott as a center forward. Easier to mark him out of the game, pace less effective centrally, lacks technique/combination play, too weak and has poor off the ball movement.

Tbh I remember him looking good for the u-21's a few years ago (Walcott), he was played as a striker and did really well.
Do you think if he'd have played centrally from the start at Arsenal he'd be any better in the CF position? Surely playing on the wing won't have helped? I ask because I think we have good youth in defence and in midfield but there aren't any real quality strikers coming through for the national team. Rooney (will need to be replaced in 2 years imo) Sturridge Welbeck (effective but not clinical enough) Those are top 3, then you have players on the cusp of the squad like Defoe, Carroll, Lambert (Agbonlahor lol?) I can only think of Wickham and Keane in the u-21's and then Akpom in the u-19's. Pretty poor tbh cos I can't see either of Wickham or Keane doing anything. |

Walcott is simply a wide forward. Him being a striker is a fantasy created in his mind
