I think once they've won the league --- one of only what, four, to do so? --- they have to qualify as one of the big four, no? Did you get your trophy?

Blackburn Chelsea Arsenal City In the Premier League era anyway. Three of those are sugar daddy winners and don't count as far as I'm concerned. Ruining football. In terms of league placing and the quality they have, City are undoubtedly now in the Premier League elite. However they are a joke club and will never be as genuinely big as the likes of United, Tottenham, Arsenal, the scousers x 2, Leeds and of course the Villa. City are like a neighbour who wins the lottery and flaunts his wealth with nice cars, 50 inch TV and building a pub in his garden with a pool table in it while you have worked 9-5 all your life. |
