Yes, that's right. The vast majority of his antics were made up by City fans. They don't call them 'the liars' for nothing. I did not see the hype over Balotelli at all tbh, the only thing he ever did that I laughed at was the backheel in pre-season. He didn't look all that impressive when I watched him play either.

That's what I was hoping for mate. And by hope I mean, not expecting anything.

This lad is saying all the right things though:

Quote:
"I can't wait to fight for the club and help the club to climb the table. I will be very proud when I put on the shirt and play my first game," he said.
"My first task will be to integrate myself with my new team-mates and to help those around me to grow and to build with them a strong team. I'm thrilled to be part of this."

If you look at the table, we have the worst form. If Lambert can somehow instill some confidence into the young players then it can be turned around. We were doing OK up until the 8-0.

Vieira would absolutely destroy Keane. And such a pathetic showing from the United players. Neville is such a pathetic guy lol.

I've read his book, Keane was actually a boxer before he played football, he stopped in his teens. Won all his fights as well, no chance Vieira would win in a fight. Did you not see them in the studio during the Euros? Could tell Vieira was a bit nervy.

EDIT - Yep, from Wiki:

Quote:
Keane took up boxing at the age of nine and trained for a number of years, winning all of his four bouts in the novice league.
The Neville line was funny though "he's picking on Gary Neville"

If you ever get the chance to watch that match again, you'll notice Viera wouldn't go anywhere near him for the first 15 minutes.
As for that big mouth cockney gob****e, Jones...Keane would kill him.

like the time Van Nistelrooy missed a penalty and was flanked by Arsenal players like Martin Keown jumping about in his face. Keown is such a pathetic guy lol.

Yeah that was cringe from Keown. Vieira was a far superior footballer which is all that matters really.

Well that was shit. Good until 3-2 then you knew the equaliser was coming.

Surprised we held on for so long actually.
