My mind was made up on Brown the season that Ferdinand was banned, United lost three games, most notably a 1-0 defeat to Wolves because of his own inadequancy.

And correct me if i am wrong but he had fallen behind Jonny Evans as well at United, who wasn't pulling up trees last season. Still think his experience could really help at Sunderland. Wonder will we see an all ex-united back four of Bardsley, Brown, O'SHea and Richardson at all!

That may depend on where he decides to play Elmohamady. Right back by trade, right wing in practice. I think Bruce may need him on the wing.

Bardsley is also naturally a right back but he was forced into left back last season, Richardson has been forced to fill in at left back on many occasions, but we may not find ourselves in that situation next season.

Really? He's not the best player by any stretch, but I can't remember him making any costly errors. He was always pretty consistent for us, he could come in and do a job.

Also, he played in goal.

He was loved by the fans, I think. Despite him not being that great.

Woah! Easy on the scouse-ism. Anyway he was probably from darn sarf, Norway or Asia like most of there fans!
Anyway, I'm a pissed off Evertonian. Same old sh!t. No money for new players.
I was really looking forward to the new season this time last year, but the usual piss poor start ruined it. We didn't get going 'till January. COYB FTRS
