Great Goal from an exceptional first touch!

Capello said he'd pick form players....

BBC Sport - Football - Wolfsburg 0-1 Fulham (agg 1-3)

Brilliant display from Bobby Zamora. We've got a couple of World Cup warm-ups against Mexico and Japan coming up, so surely no harm in trying him out up front with Rooney for at least one of them? Judging by that performance, he'd make a good foil for the latter.

Nice win for Burnley, and a good result from my perspective - keeping Hull from picking up all three like that. I'd definitely have preferred a draw though. At this rate, if the latics don't beat Portsmouth on Wednesday I think I'm gonna have a cardiac arrest.

Oh, and hard luck to our resident Villa supporters too. Mikel on Agbonlahor in the first half was as blatant as genuine penlaty shouts come.

Another one bites the dust I guess.

All I will say is, key decisions need to be made correctly by the refs as they can change the outcome of the game immensely. I would like to see if Mikel took a sledgehammer and bashed Agbonhlahor's knee, would that have been given as a penalty? I doubt it.

****!

Good win for Burnley though, still don't see them staying up though.

Villa were robbed slightly although after Chelsea got their goal they crumbled like a sack of shit.

At least Chelsea have something to look ahead for, a slight distraction maybe...
