Some really great games yesterday. Late goals FTW. United's speciality as usual. Villa were lucky I have to say but I'm not complaining. We are still in the mix.

There were some good games but some awful referree decisions across the board. A terrible day for refs.

Manchester United players have had a whip-round for Cristiano Ronaldo after he wrote off his new Ferrari - and have bought the world player of the year a £40 kid's pedal car. (News of the World)

Star footballer Kaka will stay at AC Milan despite a 'record offer' from Manchester City, club president Silvio Berlusconi has declared.

Reports had claimed city offered £100m for the striker

The Italian Premier said the striker will not go to the English team, rejecting a reported £100m bid.

Mr Berlusconi told a TV show: "Kaka is staying with Milan."

He added: "For Kaka, money isn't everything. Kaka is and remains with Milan."

More reports said Manchester City had terminated discussions with AC Milan over the possible transfer.

It was pretty obvious to anyone with half a brain he was never going to go.

At least it'll be fun finding out who turns them down next.

Villa sign Heskey. Undecided about this one but at least it covers for Jon Carew and Young's 3 match ban.

He'll do you good - very reliable and strong player, definitely not a natural goalscorer though. He can pop up with one of these sometimes though.

Wigan have just got Mido on loan in his place, who I'm not really all that sure about to be honest...

Getting Mido on loan is the best way to have him , offer him a contract and he'll stop bothering
