I never said it was only people from africa. The fastest man in the world right now is from Jamaica. Jesse Owens, who has gold medals in the 100 and 200 was from America.

I said black people (I won't say people of African descent since not everyone from Africa is black) tend to be more athletically gifted in the sport.

Bolt is of West African descent. Something stupid like the top 100 fastest athletes can trace their ancestors to West Africa.

No. It's not black people as a whole. But frankly I don't care. From congo? No. Then again barely puts in any athletes every year. So they dont have a very good chance of making it. Egypt though they have medaled 29 times. Ethiopia has 53 medals.
