There's tons of literature about why yards/attempt is one of the best stats for measuring quarterback success. You could find all of these articles very easily if you wanted to, but clearly you're resistant to it because you're either A: ignorant or B: because you're just a casual fan, WHICH IS FINE, it just means you need to realize when you're outmatched in these arguments.
