Well that was a flat and dull match, France were one of the best teams of the WC until Germany stubbed out their lights without any real problems.

Looks like Brazil have finally woken up! Colombia seem to be totally lost. I just left work and sat down at some cafe to see Brazil willing to eat up Colombia. Well, and the ref too, after that free kick! Lots of time to go yet though... wish I'd been able to watch the Germans.

James Rodriguez is some player. Going places. David Luis is a class act for the way he treated him at the end and his goal was a peach. France and Germany game was ****e, not getting the hype for Germany at this point.

The Scottish Messi. Fair play for moving abroad to play football. I can't understand why more don't do it. What's not to like about living in Spain or Portugal and getting paid to play football?

I live in Dundee so I saw this guy and his rise first hand. Good player.

There's about five assists in there, disgustingly unlucky not to score.
Cheers for this. Good watch!

Thought I'd shake it up a bit. Just ended up looking like a twat. France were comfortably beaten but Brazil & the refs .

Hopefully get the other two right though .

Good luck Ivan.

Thanks, Christian! We're overjoyed here; can't believe we'll be playing the semifinals again after such a long time... Belgium really let us footie fans down this afternoon. We thought we'd suffer a lot more. It'll be really tough now against Netherlands... since they'll beat Costa Rica won't they?

Yes mate, said it earlier, Belgium are England 2006 mk 2. Look good on paper but had anybody seen them play well as a team lol? I saw them a while back, think it was against Scotland and they were shite. I knew as soon as they came up against a decent side they would be out, they've been stale the whole tournament.

Very happy for Argentina, now go and end this Brazilian party please .

BTW I can confirm Goofle said the Netherlands had no chance.

Neymar has broke his back and is out for the rest of the World Cup by the way. He is in a wheelchair and looks devastated.
