The England team represents England in football and are world cup winners, the tea bag is used to brew a hot drink traditionally drank with milk and sugar.

That and it stays in the cup longer.

American bros, we're playing Portugal tonight, need a draw which would put us on 4 points and joint top with Germany (they will be top on goalshots), Ghana have one point and Portugal are bottom with none.

If we win we are through.

I'm thrilled. I'm planning to go out tonight after work but since I didn't sleep a minute it will be a see-how-it-goes type thing. You going out to watch?

I think Argentina are a fine team, but they don't have the prowess they are thought to have: we lack headers; many players aren't strong enough or tall enough (these are not minor details, seriously); our defenders (with the exception of Rojo) suck - hugely. Remember what happened 4 years ago against Germany. It'll be absolutely tough from now on.
You are obviously more informed with regards to the Argentina side's specifics than we are, but why are you so sure Messi won't drag them through? Do you just not think he is as good as Diego Maradona was?

Surely as well the '86 side is far better than people give them credit for if a player compared with Maradona won't be enough this time around, based on the team's defence and not the player?

Since I mentioned Maradona, any excuse to post this - http://youtu.be/4vashrNoXTE

That Germany - Ghana game was my favourite match so far. Brilliant, open, end to end stuff. And the Ghana goal celebration. Superb.

The first half was fairly dull but yes, brilliant stuff.

Algeria 3-0 up against South Korea. Pretty outstanding when you consider Algeria didn't qualify for a World Cup between 1986 and 2010, crashed out of 2010 without scoring a single goal, to have scored 4 in a match and a half thus far and look in with a real chance of qualifying for the knockouts.
