Never been to a gym that didnt have this:
Just push forward with chest and it works lower middle and upper abs. To get sides just take a plate (whatever weight) in your hand and lean as far to one side as you can doing however many reps you feel appropriate. Then switch to other hand/side.

Bent Arm Barbell Pullover - Lat Exercises - YouTube This will work as well. Had to use a light weight as it was the last exercise in my workout that day. |
