All Star fan voting in fine for me...Theres often a player or two Id like to see in because of pure talent, but doesn't get in. But at the same time you get players who otherwise may not make it, but do because of popularity.

I like that the All Star Game itself actually has a little bit of meaning...while its a spectacle..these player wanna win the game..and it shows. All other All Star Games in sports are just awful.

And you gotta have interleague play in my opinion.
I could never see them implementing the DH in the NL either, it would take away the pure form of Baseball in general. Baseball started as a game w the pitcher taking his at bats and it should remain that way for eternity.

All Star voting by the fans always irks me to a certain degree. Bryce Harper gets in with 28 rbis? That is sacrilege that a guy on pace for 50 some odd ribbies is gonna be representing the league. Sure he is an up and coming star in the league but that is so biased and unfortunate for another outfielder that deserved the spot. Besides that notable addition there were a couple others I had a gripe with but overall, you can't avoid the true stars of the game, because numbers talk.

Interleague play I could go either way on. I don't see it as all that viable any longer but lots of fans enjoy it and you can't make everyone happy.
