Apparently this World Series has the lowest ratings in history. Maybe it'll get cancelled.

I was fast forwarding it through the review and thought they overturned it and then was like wow

After the play when the ump had headphones on near the dugout I thought they were reviewing it which made it even more of a "WHAT THE FXCK?!?!?!?!!!!"

Today I found out that the guy was on the phone double checking the guidelines of the rule - replay was not involved at all in the final decision.

Ok, so now I'm just like "what the fxck?"

They called it a "non-reviewable judgement call" which is baseball talk for "we don't want the responsibility of this call so we'll just place it on the ump". All calls should be reviewable. We have the tech, use it. Get the call right.
