I've been pulling for both teams all the way. I just want to see seven games. Other than the Wild Card games, there hasn't been a single double-elimination game this postseason.

Unless one of the teams is swept, there will be a game 6, and if there's a game 6 there is a chance for a game 7. I haven't changed my mind, I'm rooting for the Royals but I'm expecting the Giants. It's almost a lead pipe cinch that Bumgardner will win his starts, with really favors the Giants.

Cards rookie Taveras killed in car accident | MLB.com

One of the most promising rookies in the game. Saw him play live earlier in the year. Devastated as both a Cards fan and a Canadian. RIP Oscar.

Very underwhelming game 7 in this year's WS. It went down to the wire, but it never felt like the Royals were really challenging once Bumgarner took over and to end it the way that it ended after they got a very lucky break was pretty heartbreaking.

I'm stoked that Paul Molitor is our new head coach. I don't know if he's got the ability to coach, and being a good player doesn't always translate into being a good coach (most good coaches were mediocre players), but we desperately needed new leadership.

I'm hoping the Jays can resign Melky Cabrera. Go with a starting five of R.A. Dickey, Mark Buehrle, Drew Hutchison, Marcus Stroman, and Aaron Sanchez and move Happ for a second baseman, maybe Ben Zobrist or Howie Kendrick.

Any predictions as to where Sandoval and Cruz end up?

Blue Jays sign Russell Martin to a 5 year, 82 million dollar contract! He'll look great in the middle of the batting order.

Cabrera's already gone to the White Sox. I agree that the bullpen needs a major upgrade. Second base too.
