pittsburgh's complete lack of any decent hitters outside cutch, alvarez, and MAYBE marte if you stretch is coming back to haunt them right now. they cant even touch wainwright.

its over at this point after the adams homer
wainwright has been one of the best pitchers in baseball for this decade, no shame in losin to him at home. 2 decent chances i thought but couldnt get a big hit pirates should be even better next yr with their stacked minors but amazin season also i know im a mets homer but im a sports fan before anythin else so tryin to be objective but harvey is really really special for his age. hes young but has a very veteran approach on the mound and just has fantasic stuff and spots everything. really hopin he gets healthy and hopefully by then syndergaard and wheeler make big strides next yr |

Koji Uehara is ridiculous. The Sox just seem to have the best team, I didn't think that this offseason, but it makes sense. They built a team that's very strong defensively, has a great bullpen and a lineup that gets on base, period. That rotation is solid top to bottom as well, and they have to be the favorites to win the WS.
