As it has gotten too icy atm for jogging outside, I joined a small, private gym (literally if there are five people ini it at once, it is quite busy). And for some reason they have been playing Bruno Mars every time I am there, regardless of time. I don't know whether to complain to management or just be happy that they stpped the Hip-hop kick they were on for a bit... |

One more vote for yoga. This a great way to keep fit for people who don't like heavy workouts. Moreover, it is great for pain relief. I know it from my own experience as I suffered from back pain, and this is exactly yoga that helped me get rid of it. And believe me it is much better than being on meds, especially taking into account how many of them have side effects and cause tolerance. I read much about it on the Canadian Pharmacy site, so I know it for sure.
