I love hiit training, I get quite bored easily so like doing different circuit based stuff.
I much prefer outdoor sports now though like horse riding, mountain biking or trail running. I work in a gym and I barely ever use it :laughing: |
I voted for outside, walking or running and such but I think if I only have to choose one I think swimming is the best sport for the body, the muscles ... and the heart.

Bicycle.... as far as You can....this is really freedom...when You have so much time to put all events in Your life just in right order.

Jogging outside doesn't do that much for your lats and pecs a full body routine at least twice a week will do the job.

I cannot recommend all of these enough, especially spaceship. Stay on top of that one for some excellent results.
