Hockey is so boring on TV. They have good highlights and it's fun to go to a game but besides that, **** snow soccer.

At least the games go on for longer then ten seconds without stoppages.

the stoppages introduce the element of strategy. It's a good mix really because the action is fast and brutal so you really need those pauses to even register what just happened in the last play.

Yeah but unless you understand the strategy it's meaningless. Continuous play at least allows the ignorant to enjoy continuous action.

I dunno I find watching people kicking a ball around endlessly to be mind numbingly boring myself. I mean yeah there's constant play but the score is still 0-0.

Yeah soccer sucks but hockey has people getting slammed into glass.

Hockey definitely better than soccer on TV but that's not saying much. The puck is too small to see and most of the game is a bunch of skating back and forth. Great highlights though like I said .. Unfortunately those moments are few and far between
