I didnt watch it but I listened to a recap podcast. Doesn't surprise me in the slightest honestly, WWE loves these types of cop outs now and Goldberg is in no shape to put on the kind of match necessary with Brock Lesnar. What kind of effect would 13 German suplexes have on a 50 year old? I'm hoping this will, at the very least, lead to an interesting storyline with Brock. Couldn't care less about Goldberg though, he's overrated and I highly don't WWE had any plans on what to do with this momentum.

I was surprised. WWE took Lesnar's monster heel status and killed it. But then again they probably will set up a bunch of storyline's with it.

I feel with Goldberg, you had to see his initial WCW run to like him otherwise it will all fall flat.

Yeah Goldberg's run in WCW was legendary.

I was talking about where WCW ended up. I have watched WCW footage, outside of the cruiserweights I was never really a fan.

What? You didn't like the NWO stuff? Red and Black. Wolfpac?

Yeah I did love the cruiserweight matches they were always top notch imo.

Also Lex Luger was my main dude. Always played as him in games.

Not really, no. I always felt the in-ring action was 2nd rate, aside from the cruiserweights that is. All of the guys who successfully made the jump to WWE went on to do bigger and better things making their time in WCW forgettable for the most part.

I disagree. WCW was my childhood/teen years and it was all amazing to me. It might be nostalgia talking but maybe you were too young to appreciate it.

I was too young to watch it as a child, I streamed a lot of it online a few years ago. I think it's nostalgia, but so is the attitude era of WWF which is now dated as can be.
