^this was freaking awesome also that Chinese kid not only won the 1500m freestyle but abolished the world record.... Phelps last race was as always quite impressive but i have to say for me the best stuff tonight happened in the velodrome....and female team pursuit...man was it fun to watch i only got to see the last four races but each one was incredible.....while qualifying against Canada to race in the gold medal race against the USA...Britain created a new world record Canada took the bronze by literally by a hair against Australia and this was crazy.....Britain during the gold medal race against the USA breaks their own world record and damn near laps the USA squad |

Victoria Pendleton manages it in about 16 seconds, but the amount of training to shave off those fractions of a second which make the difference of a world record are phenomenal. |

My dad just informed me of Andy Murray getting the gold. So ****ing happy that he proved me wrong in the Olympics of all competitions. I don't think I'd have been as happy if I'd actually placed my bet for him to get beat in the final ha.

Only the best then haha.
I'm not much into tennis but I usually follow what's happening to see how he does. He's an excellent player but he just always seems to lose at the last moment, so I honestly didn't have much hope for him. He's proved me wrong today though, which is always good .

Your mum could probably have done better than that.
