If you're from the school I can understand rooting for a college sports team, but I have no ****ing idea why anyone supports teams for schools they never went to, especially if they never went to college in the first place. They don't even represent the cities they're based in. College sports is more proof that people are idiots.

I only support my school personally. I never announced my Alma mater out of fear of being an embarrassment to my fellow alumni but I went to a major D-I school with a power five football team.

But dude. People enjoy sports because... they ****ing enjoy them. Who cares if it doesn’t make sense? So what? It’s a distraction that people enjoy. Why be a dick about it?
